Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand management? Do you want to make a real difference in the education sector? We're looking for a dynamic Marketing/Brand Manager to join our team at Feeding Hungry Minds and Tillier & Hobs.
As our Marketing/Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creating, managing, and delivering our brand plans across the education sector. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of culinary, operations, agency, printers, and nutrition experts to develop termly marketing campaigns and promotional activities that truly make an impact.
We're looking for someone who's not afraid to take risks and think outside the box. You'll need to be rooted in insight and aligned with our brand pillars, but you'll also have the creative freedom to bring your own unique ideas to the table. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to deliver business-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation of termly marketing activities including culinary, agency and operational briefings
- Build & delivery Standard Operating Procedures to support business deployment
- Ensure Ops performance Education sharepoint is maintained/updated
- Ideation & Creation of marketing collateral in conjunction with design agency
- All activity aligned to School food standards
- Ensure ISS initiatives are carried through into brand management e.g. Carbon, Plant based
- Support bids & retentions
- Support key education initiatives specifically British Food Fortnight, award entries
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Professional experience in the food service/retail industry. Ideally with experience in marketing, service/ brand development and operations
- Creative thinker
- Understanding of Adobe creative suite
- Experience in project management
- Experience of working with multi functions
- Ability to work unsupervised
