About Our Client
The client is a highly successful Entrepreneur who owns 4 art galleries in London, Paris, New York and LA. He also has a few other businesses and is opening a restaurant too. This is a really exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment for a number of different business and do a busy all round role.
Job Description
This will be a mixture of business and personal work. You will do some traditional EA work like looking after the diary and booking some travel. But you will also undertake a lot of ad hoc project work and be really involved in the business. The role will need someone who is extremely adaptable and who is happy to take on quite a few simultaneous projects. You may also be required to travel on the odd occasion too.
The Successful Applicant
You will:
- Be an EA ideally having worked, in a fashion, luxury or other creative company
- Understand that this isn't a traditional EA role and you will need to be adaptable to work on many different projects
- You will do some business and personal work
- On the odd occasion travel with your boss to Paris, New York or LA
- Understand that unless your boss is out of the office travelling you will need to be in the office and should prepare for this to be pretty much a 5 days a week in the office role
What's on Offer
£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on the candidate)
