About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Institute of Swimming as part of a forward thinking and dynamic marketing team responsible for developing and implementing an effective marketing plan that supports the Institute of Swimming and Swim England strategy.
Reporting to the Institute of Swimming Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for:
- Collaboratively planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing campaigns that utilise a mix of channels (digital, email, social, PR, events and advertising) and using insight to talk effectively to different target audiences.
- Ensuring campaigns are optimised and providing the best return for the sport and Institute of Swimming.
- Supporting the development and implementation of SEO, digital, social, brand and content strategies.
- Evolving and managing the Institute of Swimming website in conjunction with the wider team, ensuring a smooth customer journey that engages users, supports SEO and drives course booking.
About You
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven record of operating as a Marketing Manager across all channels in a commercial environment.
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing planning development, execution, and analysis.
- Extensive experience using a mixture of paid for and owned marketing channels to reach and influence the target audience, effectively utilising: digital, Google PPC, SEO, PR/ communications, social media management and advertising, email and event marketing.
- Experience analysing KPIs and campaign performance through analytics tools including Google Analytics/GA4.
