Data and Insight Analyst
Salary: £34,240
Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Worthing

The successful candidate will:
· Deliver excellent quality, flexible, customer focussed services and help Worthing Homes achieve, or exceed, its targets.
· Develop and implement our approach to data insight – help us discover trends and patterns and use information to make excellent, informed decisions that enhance the customer and colleague experience, by solving problems, reducing failure demand, delivering cost efficiencies, and maximising income.
· Act as the lead for data quality in our housing management system (Civica Cx) by demonstrating a passion for data integrity. This may include carrying out quality checks, developing a data strategy and delivering training to internal colleagues in relation to data quality.
· Present information, including KPIs, using data visualisation techniques to a range of audiences, including the board and senior leadership team.
· Work with colleagues to improve data management and quality and improve the recording and management of data through increased efficiency and automation.
· Produce and develop the information required for regulatory returns, performance benchmarking and other regular reporting requirements, tracking key performance indicators to inform and improve our work.
· Collect and collate data from multiple sources, including customer feedback and profiling, to devise and deliver high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve our work.
· Provide expertise in use of analysis tools (MS Power BI) and other Business Information tools, following industry best practices and methodologies.
This is a varied role, which requires initiative and effective commitment, good customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. You will also need to be proactive in your daily activities.
The successful candidate will have experience:
· Of data analysis and preparation of reports and continuous improvement
· Of SQL/SSRS/ Microsoft Report Builder / Power BI reporting tools
· In presenting statistical information in a way that is understandable and accessible to a wide range of users.
