Marketing Manager

About the role:

We invite you to bring your experience and passion for marketing communications and creating great content to help us grow our purpose-led brand. This varied role plays a vital role in developing and delivering profile raising marketing initiatives. Specifically, the UK marketing manager leads the local events programme, and branding initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand position, strategic objectives and are impactful and relevant to the audience. They are also responsible for creating relevant content and messaging to support our events and marketing initiatives and ensuring this is integrated with our wider communications and thought leadership programme. As part of delivering profile and differentiation in the market, the marketing manager also defines and leads on our awards programme and alongside the team creates content on our projects and latest news as required.

The marketing manager brings expert advice on the latest marketing approaches and practices that help our people communicate solutions that align with our visual identity and corporate vision, mission and values. They should be skilled at taking complex technical information and turning it into impactful communications and be organised and able to manage and progress a varied range of deliverables.

Working independently and with minimal guidance, the marketing manager can work to shape the programme and develop initiatives that support greater efficiency and quality that reflect our brand. To succeed in the role the marketing manager should have a passion for building brands and be ambitious in respect to finding new ways for us to stand out from our competition.

We also work collaboratively with the global communications team, sharing best practice and delivering impactful communications to collectively grow our global brand.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK event programme, collaborating with the business and suppliers to deliver high quality, impactful and audience relevant content and messaging. Including project managing the schedule and budgeting through to full delivery, which is supported by the Marketing Executive
  • Lead the UK brand initiatives that support the delivery of high-quality materials to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead our UK awards schedule to create profile and brand differentiation
  • Support PR, content and communications, maximising content from our event programme and supporting the team on ad hoc content development

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-37.5 per week

Salary: £46,313.00-£49,529.00 per year
