Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Wakefield, WF4 4SJ

Hours: 37.5 hours a week- Monday- Friday (5 days per week in Office)

Salary: Competitive DOE

Our client, one of the UK’s leaders in the retail industry, is offering an outstanding employment opportunity to work within their business. The client, who are a large and dynamic company, continue to enjoy sustained growth. As a result of recent growth, we are now embarking on an important recruitment exercise for our client.

Duties & Responsibilities will include;

  • Manage the communications plan for loyalty card members
  • Follow through the road map to increase membership, drive loyalty & reduce markdown
  • Manage the exclusive loyalty card member online content area
  • Plan and manage the delivery of CRM strategies encouraging customer retention, advocacy and maximising customer’s lifetime value across all channels both traditional and digital
  • Analyse CRM campaigns and take action at a customer level to optimize campaign performance
  • Provide full ROI analysis on all elements of the CRM strategy
  • Assist in Creating the vision with the head of marketing for the on-going development of the Brand and Communications strategy.
  • Implement and manage the trade marketing calendar and ensuring innovative campaigns.
  • Responsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and champion future campaigns from previous results.
  • Working closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.
  • Ensure all CRM campaigns are legally compliant and on brand. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information being held, accessed, or processed within the remit of the post
  • Maximise membership and grow the proportion of loyal multi-channel customers
  • Implement test and learn strategies to evolve the loyalty scheme to attract and retain customers across all channels
  • Monitor and report on loyalty card database growth and churn
  • Monitor the health of the customer database to ensure the data we are using across the business is accurate
  • Develop 3rd party relationships to provide extra benefits for loyalty scheme members
  • Source free gifts, competitions and offers for loyalty club members in line with the monthly customer experience calendar
  • Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted CRM communications
  • Ensure return on investment through KPI and performance metrics

Desirable Skills

  • CRM or Email Marketing Experience very desirable.
  • Experience in direct-to-customer network operations
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in direct to customer fulfilment, ensuring customer services levels are maintained through the leveraging of multiple external partners.

You will be positive in approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment, but above all be committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service. You will be a strong communicator at all levels and be able to react to priority changes.
