We are looking for a dynamic, skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. This role represents our first dedicated marketing hire, providing a remarkable opportunity for the successful candidate to fuel our growth. Our priority is to hire a “do-er” — someone ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Develop, refine, and execute a tactical marketing plan based on our high-level marketing strategy. Your focus should be on quick implementation, diligent execution, and continuous optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish a reporting system to measure the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve future marketing efforts.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work cross-functionally with operations and sales teams. Advocate for marketing projects and secure the resources needed to achieve the best results.
- Create & Build: High-quality marketing collateral such as flyers, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns; Omni-channel campaigns designed to deliver leads; Content calendar at least 2 weeks out from publication date.
- Manage: Contractors (bloggers, paid media specialists, etc); Brand consistency across all communication channels; Paid advertising and social campaigns

Requirements
- Proven experience in at least 1 multi-disciplinary marketing role for B2C company (services)
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills in English
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting
- Experience with content creation OR paid social OR campaign management is a plus
- Experience with the following tools is a plus but not required: Meta Business Suite; Ad delivery platforms; Mailchimp; Later, or other social media management tool.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
