About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition for both Lume and Mando via digital channels that may include: YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, and Affiliate. You will own the strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization of marketing channels goaled on driving profitable new customer acquisition. In this role, you will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and work alongside a team of highly-motivated, collaborative performance marketers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and efficiently scale customer acquisition driven through Google properties (YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery) and possibly other digital channels such as Affiliate.
- Consistently hit new customer growth, CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets.
- Identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels.
- Be in constant collaboration with the creative team to ideate and develop new ads, landing pages, and site experiences informed by customer and business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement by forming testable hypotheses, running experiments, mining data for optimization opportunities, and revising and evolving media buying strategies.
- Build and refresh granular performance reports to make the right optimizations on a daily basis.
- Take ownership over attribution modeling and identifying the "true" incremental return on investment of marketing channels you manage, balancing multiple measurement methodologies.
- Manage and get maximum leverage out of relationships with external partners.
- Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools and opportunities, and produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things.
This might describe you:
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably at a high-growth DTC brand.
- Experience owning all aspects of direct response marketing via Google properties including YouTube, Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery; Affiliate and other digital experience is a plus.
- Experience delivering against strict CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROI targets.
- Deep familiarity with marketing efficiency metrics and measurement methodologies (i.e., last-click, pixel/tag-based, modeled, post-checkout survey results).
- Direct response marketer at heart; hungry to drive results and motivated to grow the business.
- Creative thinker who is full of ideas, but follows a structured test-and-learn approach; recognizes patterns, forms hypotheses, can clearly identify actionable next steps from test results.
- Enterprising "doer," with an ownership mentality and a bias towards action, constantly hustling and taking initiative to drive improvements yourself.
- Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to mine data for opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent.
- Structured thinker and communicator; ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations with supporting rationale.
- Humble and zero ego team player.
- Sense of humor - we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously.
This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000-$100,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
