DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global Senior Marketing Manager, Clinical, VELYS ™ Robotic-Assisted Solution, Knees located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

This Senior Marketing Manager will report into the Global Marketing Director, Downstream for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution and will lead the development of Clinical marketing and Customer engagement strategies, campaigns, initiatives, to continue accelerating the adoption of our brand with current customers and identify new strategies to expand our market with new surgeon customers globally!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an amazing opportunity to lead the Clinical User Experience within the Downstream Marketing team:
- Developing and defining our clinical strategy globally growing existing system performance and attracting new users to the system.
- Leveraging an understanding of Knee surgery and techniques in relationship to digital technology will help accelerate successful adoption of our technologies across new and existing customers.
- Work closely with our Capital & Digital Marketing team to expand into new global markets and drive our footprint and User Experience in the highly competitive knee implant and technology business. Bringing a strategic mindset and strong ability to lead cross functional teams toward a shared vision is important to accelerate our success.
- Develop and define global Clinical strategies in partnership with our Regional Teams, Marketing partners in Knees and Digital Upstream, Global Education, and other cross functional partners to deliver a highly competitive value proposition to enhance our share and attract new customers to our brand.
- Lead our Digital Community and Engagement commercial strategy.
- Evolve our clinical product positioning/messaging, partner with Enabling Technology & Joint reconstruction Regional Leaders, partner with Commercial & Professional Education teams, craft campaigns and marketing collateral to support the Clinical User Experience.
- Focus on amplifying the clinical experience to grow market share and product profitability across the digital knee platform.
- Demonstrate strong experience in product management & clinical business marketing, dynamic problem solver, business acumen, communications, public relations and strategic marketing will be key for this role.
- Demonstrate a proven understanding of Primary Knee Surgical Process and Robotics – including understanding market trends, competitive intelligence and KOL management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (required) and MBA (preferred).
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant Marketing/Product Management/Product Introduction experience is required
- Product Management and/or Product/Brand Marketing and Product Launch experience is required.
- Experience in Joint Reconstruction is required
- Downstream, strategic marketing is required.
- Ability to demonstrate capital and clinical procedural understanding
- Ability to monitor, analyze and report on business performance/health is required.
- Experience & competency in using consumer insights and analytics to develop Brand Strategy, Marketing Plans and translating these into consistent execution plans is required
- Ability to prioritize and successfully lead multiple projects/priorities is required.
- Ability to work in a hands–on, fast paced, customer focused environment is required.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and with teams is required.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities/tight deadlines is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to work with cadavers and within an Operating Room setting is required.
- Up to 40% domestic and international travel, including overnights and occasional weekends is required.
