Affiliate Marketing Manager- *Not suitable for influencer managers*
Affiliate managers are responsible for managing an affiliate program from end to end for an online affiliate advertiser or merchant. Their basic functions range from recruiting new affiliate partners to the program to finding different ways to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel.
Their main responsibility is to liaise with existing affiliate groups and provide them with all the tools needed to drive maximum output. They also work on optimizing processes and providing the partners with the necessary support they need to drive the best results.
The affiliate manager works on constantly improving the affiliate program by brainstorming the best strategies suitable for the program. They also cooperate and report to the advertiser/merchant, to keep them updated on the various happenings. Overall, affiliate managers have a number of different responsibilities to undertake which we will be discussing below.
Key responsibilities:
- As an Affiliate Manager you will successfully implement and manage the affiliate strategy for ISOCLEAN.
- Effectively manage and maintain relationships with publishers and networks
- Regularly report on campaign KPIs and performance, analysing data to provide recommendations for future activities and strategies.
- Successfully identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Contribute to the overall performance strategy of the trading and marketing team by managing budgets and achieving impressive results.
- Build a Strategically to onboard new clients and campaigns each month.
- Align affiliate marketing activities with the trading calendar, including offers, campaigns, exclusive offers, and new launches, to support key trading activities.
- Create and execute brand campaigns across web, email, and social channels, ensuring visibility of brand promotions and activations across site and marketing channels
- Conduct regular competitor research and performance reports, analysing website performance across all stage of the consumer journey to optimise the user journey onsite, and made recommendations based on data and analysis to improve the customer journey

Salary: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
