Job description
We we are looking for a flexible, motivated and bubbly person to join our Falmouth team at Whistlefish. Our galleries are merchandised with beautiful stock, designed to a high standard and require professional people to engage and serve customers.
All applicants must be flexible, and able to work holiday periods.
As well as exceptional customer service, here are a few other daily tasks as one of our Team Members:
- Ensuring clean, tidy and organised presentation of shop floor and products.
- Accurate stock control.
- Handling customer transactions.
- Promote special offers and online business.
- Up-skill yourself with product knowledge, artist information and the brand.
- Handle, organise and breakdown deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicating regularly with your supervisor, the head office team and other gallery team members.
Retail experience is preferred however, not essential. Must be flexible and willing to jump in and help out when needed and must be able to work peak seasons.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary: £10.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Falmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
