ABOUT YOU
You're a Marketing Manager looking to join a fast-moving, high growth business ready to get stuck in and help take the Marketing department on the next stage of it's journey. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Bids you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the whole business with its marketing activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Line management of Marketing & Graphics Coordinator
- Develop and execute marketing strategies which align with overall business objectives.
- Work with the Director of marketing & bids to develop and manage a yearly calendar of events / communications / campaigns to support key business activities.
- Work with the Director of marketing & bids to develop a social media strategy and be responsible for implementing
- Create and manage marketing content including website, social media and promotional materials.
- Be responsible for website maintenance, updates and monitoring and following up on website traffic.
- Reporting on all marketing activities,
- Using company brand guidelines as a basis to improve the quality of our internal and external comms.
- Working with teams around the business to ensure a consistent and improved standard of technical templates.
- Developing and managing a well organized marketing SharePoint site ensuring high quality collateral available to all staff.
- Event organisation and management
- Supporting in the submission of accreditations and awards etc.
- Supporting the internal intranet homepage (SharePoint) with updates
- Support the team and business with any ad hoc duties required.
- Always take personal responsibility for the health and safety of self and others by working within the Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Endeavour to improve our social and environmental impact
- Any other duties as reasonably required of my role.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal influencing and creative communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing background, ideally in the construction sector
- Social media management
- Knowledge of WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Confident and approachable
