Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Theale
Salary: £60,000 + Benefits

My client who are based in Theale are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to come on and join their friendly team. To apply for this position you will need at least 3 years in a similar position and in a B2C environment.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the brand's online presence with a primary focus on customer acquisition and supporting channel activities
Create, execute, and evaluate online and offline marketing plans that foster brand identity, drive engagement, fuel digital growth, and generate a positive return on investment
Supervise the coordination, design, and production of all marketing materials, including emails, digital banners, articles and photoshoots
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimise paid and organic search opportunities, leveraging their expertise and maximising results.
Formulate and implement a social media strategy to increase brand and product awareness, cultivate social communities, and establish influencer and ambassador programs
Deliver timely and reliable management information to key organisational stakeholders, offering valuable insights and updates on marketing performance
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in successfully managing digital marketing strategies across various channels.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
