Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of Marketing
- Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle.
- Support budget planning process for responsible product -Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing
- Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
- Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
- Training and build up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable )

Minimum requirements
- Operations Management and Execution Project Management
- Educated to degree level in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing or similar
- Experience within UK healthcare and pharmaceuticals or marketing environment is an advantage but not necessary
- Must have a clear motivation and ambition to gain experience in a commercial environment
- You will be able to evidence skills transferrable to the business environment (e.g. good time management) and experience of successfully working with teams through work, academic and/or extracurricular activities
