Business and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Grade 8 (£44,414 - £52,841 p.a depending on experience)
This role will be based on the university campus and will involve hybrid working split between home and campus. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Do you have experience in supporting and enhancing a customer relationship management (CRM) system through Microsoft Dynamics? Are you keen to play a role in the development of new business engagement opportunities for the University?

You will support the University’s business engagement activities by delivering against requirements agreed upon with senior management and colleagues in the Research & Innovation Service (RIS) and undertaking analysis of market-leading business databases. You will be supporting the growing usage of the recently introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
You will have a background in Microsoft Dynamics, database analysis and end-user support, specifically creating queries, developing reports, providing user training, analysing company data and undertaking configuration changes to enhance the functionality of the CRM system. As the focal point for CRM within the Research & Innovation Service you will support users and act as the interface with IT and our CRM vendor for issue resolution and technical development. You will also be able to build productive collaborative relationships and be committed to undertaking continuous professional development to maintain and build your skills and knowledge.

As a member of the Nexus team within the Research & Innovation Service, and reporting to the Director of Nexus, you will play a role in supporting the Senior Management Team and Research and Development colleagues to identify and track new business engagement opportunities in one of the largest research-intensive universities in the UK.
