WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
CloserStill Media is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our award-winning healthcare portfolio. If you are creative, quick thinking, outrageously organised and looking for an opportunity to drive your marketing career forwards, we want to hear from you.
THE ROLE:
- Execute marketing communications accurately reflecting event positioning and key messaging. Good communication and writing skills are imperative.
- To ensure social media activity, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, are executed for the maximum exposure for the business as directed by Manager.
- Drive and execute the creative/design process for marketing material.
- Work with the sales team to create sales campaigns focused on both new client growth and increased client retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue across all products, such as digital, sponsorships, and future revenue opportunities.
- Liaise with partners and key stakeholders to help deliver key marketing campaigns across live and digital products.
- Ensure all targets and deadlines are met and exceeded.
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Good Attention to detail.
- Hold grace under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Strong IT skills - you will be using content management systems, databases, and email software.
- Have something to teach us about social media.
- Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times.
