Through programme growth over the past 12 months our learn to swim programme has expanded significantly meaning we are now 30% bigger than the

Outswimming Cancer and our volunteer programme we create opportunities for our communities and staff that have enabled us to develop a strong programme; so come and join us.
We are looking to recruit into various positions to support vacancy's within our team along with staff absence. We have x2 annualised posts at 6 hours per week available, as well as x1 variable hours posts. Part-time hours are available on a weekly basis. Candidates should be qualified to Swim England level 2, although level 1 is acceptable with a commitment to train to level 2 within an agreed timescale. Hours of work can be discussed through the recruitment process.
We expect our swimming teachers to show a degree of flexibility to meet customer demand within the opening hours of the service where new opportunities are identified.
We will support you to continue on-going CPD linked to the Swim England National Teaching Plan and framework. We expect an innovative and high-quality
teaching service to be delivered to meet a wide range of customers and specific needs from learn to swim to stroke technique, and initiatives such as flip and fun
