We are looking for an Engineering and R&D Digitization Practitioner at a European level who will run large transformational programs, combining process change with solution development. You’ll work across ecosystems and foster collaboration, building high performing teams and drive integrated value for the client. You’ll identify specific consulting sales opportunities and help drive innovative solutions, value propositions and shape deals to drive transformational value.

Skills / Knowledge
Strong knowledge of traditional engineering processes and tools across the value chainStrong experience of delivering engineering PLM tools across Siemens, Dassault, or PTC in transformational initiatives (versus pure SI)
Ability to design ops and delivery models associated with traditional product engineering organizations using Digital Technologies
Experience using digital technologies to design value / business cases associated with engineering transformation initiatives
Ability to design and execute delivery methodologies around large programs from Digital Thread / Twin initiatives
Ability to clearly explain to traditional engineering leaders the benefits of Cloud and other modern engineering tools
Knowledge of key focus industries such as A&D, Industrials, Automotive (HT optional)
Strong understanding on the barriers to transformation in engineering and how these can be removed
Background in 2 of the following would be ideal, PLM/CAD, Cloud Infrastructure, AI
