Our team of forensic scientists are experienced in the interpretation and reporting of a wide range of evidence types in support of criminal investigations.

Position:
Duties & Responsibilities
- To work as part of a dynamic team, carrying out forensic DNA analysis and using the latest techniques on a range of sample types to assist in the investigation of serious and violent crime
- Produce work of exceptional quality to ensure compliance with International Standards, the requirements of the National DNA Database and Codes of Practice of the Forensic Science Regulator
- Work in an organised, safe and tidy manner and comply with Health and Safety Guidelines

- A scientific degree is preferred but not essential
Experience
- Previous laboratory experience would be an advantage

- Salary £20,050 per annum
- Hours – 37 per week
- Holidays – 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays (pro rated)
