VectorBuilder seeks a marketing assistant to support the marketing team in building the company’s online community, increasing brand awareness, and generating engaging content that generates conversions and leads.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the company social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Support analysis of reach and engagement data to develop recommendations for ongoing improvement in marketing strategy, including use of Google Ads, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company site, and encourages audience participation
- Assist marketing management with large projects, events, and community management
- Work with marketing team to develop longer term social media campaigns
- Assist in the proposal of marketing strategies and social media campaigns
- Other projects when needed
Qualifications:
- BS or higher degree in biology, genetics, or related major field (preferred)
- Marketing or social media marketing experience (1-2 years) or marketing degree
- Graphic design experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Penicuik, EH26 0PH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
