Marketing Assistant
Role Purpose:
An integral part of the marketing team this office-based role, focuses on organising and directing day to day marketing office operations and activities, in addition to supporting the on-time delivery of more longer-term communication materials and initiatives.
General Role Description:
- Initial point of telephone contact handling inbound and outbound calls
- Distributing and managing stocks of marketing collateral across all Roca Group brands
- Proof reading of marketing materials
- Assistance with copywriting for asset creation
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide exhibition and event support
- Other marketing related ad hoc support as required
Person Specification:
ESSENTIAL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and mature approach with a self-motivated mindset
- Personable nature with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Confidence and an eye for detail when handling data (in terms of review, manipulation and presenting results in an appropriate format for the audience/need)
- Systematic approach with ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
DESIREABLE
- Experience of working with SAP, C4C, Campaign Monitor, Canva and Hootsuite
- Degree level or equivalent
- Relevant work experience
Key tasks:
- Day-to-day management and co-ordination of busy marketing inbox, fielding requests and prioritising responses where necessary
- Administration of the procurement process
- Liaising with customers/suppliers/agencies to fulfil materials and meet deadlines
- Distributing internal communications to the wider business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
