Job description
The Jolly Judge is a snug bar just off the Royal Mile which specialises in craft beer and whisky whilst striving to provide a welcoming and unique experience for customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic new staff member to join our small team in a part time capacity. Bar experience is not essential but previous experience in a customer service role is necessary. A general knowledge of malt whiskies and real ales would be desirable but by no means essential.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal english communication skills (essential).
Prior customer service experience (essential).
Previous bar experience, we are not necessarily looking for a veteran of the bar trade as new skills can easily be gained on the job (desirable).
A knowledge of cask beer, whiskey and gin (desirable)
