Job description

Plantation Shutters Ltd is the longest established and one of the most respected shutter companies in the UK. We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals that can make a difference to our company and help us keep growing and evolving.

This is a role that requires a determined target driven approach who will implement the long term marketing strategy to meet our objectives and targets in conjunction with the sales and business development team. It will involve maintaining the marketing mix, website usability and optimisation, and report marketing results to the senior management team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the marketing strategy to drive both engagement and growth
  • Analyse website site health reports to improve navigation, user experience, and identity areas of improvement.
  • Work with the business development and sales team to develop a clearer understanding of our audience needs.
  • Drive the company's growth by continuously finding new opportunities to scale the brand further. This includes exploring new channels, testing new strategies, and analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with a third party marketing provider to communicate SEO and website updates that cannot be completed in house.

Experience and skills

  • Experience in Website management
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good knowledge of SEO, and its role in driving organic traffic
  • Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience in using Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdWords and PageSpeed Insights

  • Team player with experience working in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication, self-starting, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organising skills.
  • Willing to be hands-on and adaptable in the role.

This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Mon to Fri - 8:30am to 5.30pm.

20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
