Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter who is looking to take the first step in their marketing career by providing assistance to the rapidly expanding team here at Hitachi Solutions Europe. From content creation to social media management and event support, no two days will be the same and this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to kick start their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Manage and schedule posts on various social media platforms, monitor social media engagement, and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute insights for effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in creating, segmenting, and deploying email campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and effective messaging.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing activities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Creative mindset and an ability to think outside the box to contribute innovative ideas.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing is preferred.
