About The Role
£24,000 per annum
Do you want a creative role enabling you to really build on your career? Our team is based in Northampton, and we are a vibrant, creative bunch who work hard and have lots of creative ideas to generate innovative ideas to drive new resident enquiries for our care homes.
Your imaginative ideas and engaging copy will attract enquirers, and your excellent attention to detail in processing and communicating are just what we need to be the best Marketing team in the care sector. Are you up for the challenge? See below for more information on what the role entails..
- Maintaining and proposing great ideas for our social media profiles in relation to the recruitment of new staff and engagement with our enquirers, residents and their families.
- Writing and posting engaging content for newsletters, blogs, campaigns, surveys and advertisements.
- Managing our company profile/reviews on websites (including Indeed, Glassdoor and Facebook) by promptly responding.
- Sharing best social media practices with colleagues through workshops.
- Creating and updating print, including banners, leaflets, advertisements and digital assets, to tell our story.
- Managing Marketing inboxes.
About You
What we need from you
Energy, a can-do attitude to get stuck in, desire to work as part of a team, and a natural passion for people who choose to work in the care sector. A year’s experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn is more important. You’ll need a unique combination of creativity, copywriting skills and the ability to see the work through to completion too.
