MANUFACTURING OPERATIVE - DCW Polymers is an innovative and growing business specialising in the recycling and reprocessing of waste plastics, and the manufacturing and assembly of a range of outdoor products made from the recycled plastics. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit 2 new members into our manufacturing team, based on Marsh Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter. The role will entail all aspects of our processing, manufacturing and assembly processes, which can include shredding and granulation, extrusion, cutting and assembly of finished products. No prior experience is necessary, however previous experience in hand-on roles, including the use of machinery and power tools would be beneficial. Most importantly, we require enthusiastic, committed and reliable staff to join our team. You should be physically fit, as the role includes a lot of manual work, and have a good eye for detail. You should be able to follow instructions and work as part of a small, close-knit team.
This is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start for the right candidates. Good rates of pay and company pension scheme
