About The Role

This role is responsible for supporting an area of fantastic BrewDog sites. You will be a key force behind driving revenue goals by coordinating and executing an effective local marketing activity calendar, powering succinct local communication, managing social
media accounts, sharing inspiration event initiatives with the area team and driving sales conversion.
This is a remote/field based role. We will provide you with all of the tools and equipment needed to do your role to the best of your abilities. We will discuss the area in which you will cover during the interview process, but roughly it will cover the majority of our Central sites (from Newcastle Upon Tyne down to Cheltenham at the top/bottom end). We request that you do live within this area to allow you the best opportunity to support the sites you are working with.
We all know that the role of Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be different day to day. If we had to break the role down into a number of key responsibilities to give you some more of an idea of what it’s about, we would say that they include…
    • Provide first line support in regional area for sales and marketing queries, cascading key marketing information to area
    • Drive all centralised campaigns and initiatives effectively in all local bars from the campaign objective to supporting collateral
    • Inspire and share impactful, successful initiatives in area
    • Supporting sites with local marketing toolkits
    • Create and drive the delivery of bar local activity and event calendar
    • Lead the areas conversion for pre-booked table enquiries
    • Utilising digital marketing channels to execute local marketing strategy
    • Ensure the bars information is up to date on all third party channels and central bar website
    • Ensuring all bars are utilising their social media channels and meeting our brand bar standards
    • Use social media tools and initiatives to share KPI’s and engagement
    • Reputation management of the sites sharing area KPI’s

About You

We are looking for someone with experience within marketing or a marketing qualification. An ability to demonstrate an understanding of marketing within hospitality would be beneficial for the success of the role.
You will be a creative and driven marketeer with a passion for enticing customers through exciting content. As you will be working in a remote role, you will be organised and will have an ability to communicate clearly on what your current focusses are to both your line manager as well as the management teams in sites and our central marketing team.
