Perhaps you are looking for a part time evening job? Well, we have a fabulous opportunity to work within our hotel operations at Alton Towers Resort for the 2023 season.
The ingredients for success
You will be offering our hotel guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and be engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. We have various shifts available across the week, including some weekends. As the role is based within the hotel restaurants, you must be prepared to work later than park closing time.
Pay and Benefits
You will be working on a seasonal variable contract, with an hourly rate of up to £10.42 dependant on age. You will be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospects - we LOVE to promote from within!

Your main responsibilities will include
- Providing a high-quality dining experience through exceptional customer service
- Being responsible for the preparation and set-up of the restaurant
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover within our fast-paced environment whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests
- Preparing and serving drinks on our bars
- Cashier related duties including processing orders
Qualifications and experience needed
- Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18
- No previous experience needed as we will give you all the training you need to be the best at this role
- Flexibility in availability is preferred
- Good level of spoken English
- Willingness to learn
- Approachable and enthusiastic
- Positive and a can-do attitude
