As the team now is looking to expand, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hard-working and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Property Administrator role covering both Residential Lettings and Sales.

Job role of a Property Administrator:

  • Dealing with enquiries for our sales and lettings properties via incoming phone calls and emails, including clients that visit in person to our office.
  • Dealing with tenants enquiries via phone and emails.
  • Registering clients/applicants for lettings/sales enquiries with accuracy and care to our CRM.
  • Booking property viewings and valuation appointments.
  • General office administration work (i.e marketing letters, filing and scanning).
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords.
  • Regular calls to clients, building rapport, complying with GDPR, and offering good customer service.
  • Prepare handover packs & tenants guides.
  • Assist with drafting AST’s and tenancy documents.
  • Assist with the process to handle/issue keys signing in and out, in line with the company procedure.
  • Supporting the Lettings / Sales Negotiators, and Property Management Department with administration.

What we are looking for in a candidate;

  • Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £16,606.72-£23,014.65 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
