A luxury brand established in the last 5 years, from an idea to make life easier for all beauty lovers with busy lives. They supply to retailers such as Harrods and Sephora, with exceptionally strong sell through. Their products are innovative, stylish and have fantastic reviews on all social media platforms. With strong financial backing, they are able to go from strength to strength.

Scope of the Marketing & PR Executive role
· Develop and deliver 360 marketing and PR plans, taking ownership of the marketing calendar
· Working closely with design and creative
· Creative ownership and brand guardian for events, NPD and campaigns
· Build strong with influencer relationships, ensuring they are the right fit for the brand
· Work closely with the marketing team, leading on outreach and potentially lucrative opportunities
Prerequisites
· Robust marketing experience, including PR and comms
· Experience within Beauty, ideally Luxury
· Ideally experience within a start-up, scale up or SME, able to work in an agile, fast paced and market led environment
· Happy to bring dynamic and different ideas to the table
· A real passion for Beauty, market trends and the ever changing landscape
