Job description
We are looking for a confident and organised Marketing and Communications Officer to join our small friendly team to work on comms specifically around one of our key partnerships, the NHS Workforce Alliance. This would include being a key member of a collaborative group of communications professionals from the five Alliance partner organisations in the NHS and public sector.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and balance priorities.
Main duties include:
- Leading on the developement and management of the NHS Workforce Alliance website
- Launching and leading on the NHS Workforce Alliance's social media presence
- Creation of engaging content for both internal and external comms on often complex subjects
- Support with the delivery of events, with the occasional requirement for in-person attendance
- Management of the central contacts database
- General admin for the communications group
- Creation of marketing materials following strict branding guidelines
The role can be either fully remote or hybrid, depending on the candidate's location.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £33,706.00-£40,588.00 per year
