EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Our Communications team have an opportunity for you to join as our new Marketing and Campaigns Manager looking after waste.
In your new role, you’ll be responsible for developing and successfully implementing the Seven Trent waste marketing strategy and plan. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you’ll be working to understand various priorities and challenges, and then creating a comprehensive marketing response off the back of this.
Additionally, you’ll be working closely with the project team on all communication requirements, briefing internal and external agency teams to help support the delivery of campaigns, increasing our brand awareness and driving behaviour change amongst our customers through the delivery of your activity.
Some of your other key accountabilities will include:
- Helping to deliver our waste ODI targets for AMP7 and the specific elements assigned to marketing and customer behavioural change
- Defining the waste marketing strategy and plan, utilising the full communications mix and engaging with PR, internal and customer teams to align activity
- Developing best in class briefs for our internal and external agencies which are based on insight and clearly articulate target audience, objective and proposition
- Establishing key metrics and measures for the waste campaign which aligns to the corporate strategy and ensures delivery of the marketing targets
- Creating and managing campaign monitoring including taking remedial action where required to meet company and campaign objectives
- Working with the in-house design team, ensuring that we get best value for money and that all work is delivered on brand, on time and to budget
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We’re seeking our new Marketing and Campaigns Manager to be comfortable at operating at a strategic level, with proven experience of setting targets, monitoring progress, and driving results.
You’ll join our team with proven marketing experience at a senior level and will be adept at driving behaviour change. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence decision making with key stakeholders.
To be successful, it’s expected that you’ll have an in-depth consumer and commercial understanding, whilst being a truly strategic and customer-centric thinker with your approach. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, so you’ll need to be fluid in your approach and have the courage to hold yourself and others accountable to high quality work, delivered on-time to agreed timescales.
