Our company is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator with a keen interest in Football to join our team based in Exhall, Coventry.

This role will cover two growing companies within our business: Event Support Team and Evans Cash and Carry.

Event Support Team is a leading events company managing the planning and execution of events ranging from sports tournaments to music festivals. We specialise in car park and traffic management and have worked at prestigious events such as the Rugby World Cup, Olympics, and Champions League Final.

Evans Cash and Carry is a wholesale and retail store that provides top-notch customer service and discount prices on big-name brands such as food, drink, homeware, and gardenware. Our home delivery service is available within a 30-mile radius of our stores, as well as nationwide delivery.

This role would suit somebody looking to switch careers into marketing. As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and events.
  • Managing and delivering marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Maintaining marketing databases and contact lists.
  • Conducting market research and providing insights to the marketing team.
  • Analysing marketing campaign performance metrics and creating reports.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and booking travel.
  • An understanding of the PR and marketing industry and a desire to learn more

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Keen interest in football, rugby, and other sporting events.
  • At least A-level qualification or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
