Job description
We are looking to hire an exceptionally organised Marketing Administrator who will be responsible for driving the Marketing Activities for Gold Care Homes and assist our Marketing team with a variety of tasks. The individual will be responsible to support the drive of projects and optimize our multi-marketing channels.
Specific Responsibilities
As a Marketing Administrator, you will be working closely with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and will be responsible for:
- Assist and support each of our 29 homes with any requests including templates, banners, merchandise, reordering brochures, and flyers.
- Update website, third-party online sites with relevant information and up to date stories, videos and imagery.
- Responsible for assisting and organizing events.
- Assist with keeping the workflow progressing, and tracking follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Raise purchase orders and consolidate invoices to ensure each invoice is assigned to the right place.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers, publishers, and media organizations and share these options internally.
- Offer administrative support to the team.
- Create a monthly internal newsletter.
- Engage and work closely with the homes to gather and produce newsworthy stories for our blogs to increase visitors to the Gold Care Homes website.
- Assist with planning and organizing any upcoming care awards.
- Manage live chat that's embedded in our website
- Support the team to drive online and offline brand awareness.
- Produce monthly reports on carehome.co.uk and Google reviews.
