Position Overview:

As a Content Marketer at Estland, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement across various digital channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their objectives, target markets, and brand identities to develop compelling and relevant content. Your expertise in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing will be instrumental in delivering high-quality content that aligns with our clients’ goals.

Your Tasks Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To:

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with clients’ marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their brand identity, target markets, and content needs.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content strategies.
• Create high-quality and engaging content across various digital channels, such as blog articles, social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and more.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to client websites.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to create visually appealing and impactful content assets.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content production and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing techniques to continuously improve content strategies and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as web development, design, and marketing, to ensure content consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Content Marketer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a marketing agency or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content, including blog articles, social media posts, website copy, and other digital marketing materials.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
• Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and experience in publishing and managing content on various platforms.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.

Requirements:

• BFA/BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Portfolio of content marketing work
• 2+ years of experience

Job Type:

• Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hours/day; Monday through Friday

Work Location:

• Fully remote, but applicants must live in or around Harrisonburg, VA
• Option to work in office at our Harrisonburg, VA location
