Job description
Duties will include:
- Providing daily support with payroll processing
- Maintaining accurate data input, hours, sickness and absence for all employees
- Weekly and monthly data input
- Ensuring all data is kept up to date
- Providing daily support of running Payroll and Pension Tasks
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Dealing with any payroll queries
- Producing payroll reports
- Ensuring all changes are actioned on time
- Processing new starter and leavers
- Basic administrative duties
Skills and experience required:
- Good knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Excellent attention to details
- Knowledge of Payroll processes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to the deadlines and manage workload
Candidate Requirements
- Previous Payroll experience essential
- Knowledge of Payroll processes essential
- Capable using spreadsheets
- Experience with APD Payroll system would be an advantage but is not necessary
- Self-motivated, confident and hard working
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
