Job description
· Conduct comprehensive market research studies, including user surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis, to identify market trends, user preferences, and product opportunities.
· Design and implement mystery shopping programs to evaluate the user experience, measure product quality, and identify areas for improvement across different product lines.
· Develop research methodologies, questionnaires, and mystery shopping scenarios tailored to specific product/service objectives.
· Coordinate and manage mystery shopping assignments, including shopper recruitment, briefing, and debriefing.
· Conduct on-site visits to client locations as a mystery shopper, following predefined evaluation criteria and guidelines.
· Collect accurate and detailed observational data during mystery shopping visits, including product usability, customer interactions, and adherence to user experience standards.
· Analyze research data and mystery shopping results to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for product enhancements.
· Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research findings to guide product/service improvement strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and development, to implement user-centered design principles and enhance the overall user experience.
· Stay updated on market research trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mystery shopping methodologies in the IT product industry.
