Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Market Researcher to join our quickly growing marketing company, Digital Marketing Expert. The primary responsibility of this role is to research potential leads using Google and other tools and make warm and friendly calls to those companies to confirm the details and identify the right contact person. This is not a sales role, but rather a market research role where you will be gathering information for our marketing team. This is a home-based role and you will be required to come into the office near Leighton Buzzard 1-2 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on potential leads using various tools and resources including Google and other online databases.
- Contact potential leads via phone to confirm company details and identify the correct contact person.
- Gather information and data on the company's industry, products and services, and target market.
- Record all relevant information and data accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Report findings and insights to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in market research or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research and analyse data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Confident and friendly phone manner.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and databases is a plus.
This is a part-time position that requires the Outbound Market Researcher to work 3 days a week. However, there is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.
