FULL TIME POSITION MONDAY – FRIDAY

What you Need…
A National Pool Lifeguard (NPLQ) qualification.
A friendly, calm, and approachable nature.
Attention to detail.
You act safely, knowing the importance of completing safety checks and recording them accurately
Confidence in your ability to keep our swimmers safe and happy.

Key Tasks:
Maintain a concentrated observation of the pool and pool users.
Observing all RLSS requirements.
Ensuring the safety of customers and other team members.
Carry out rescues and initiate emergency action where necessary.
Report all potential accidents.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool and associated areas.
Inspect toilets and changing areas as and when required.
