Job description
Franklin Loan Center seeks an experienced CRM & Marketing Analyst for our retail residential mortgage business. Will work under the direction of our Director of Information Technology & Marketing. May work in our corporate offices in Palm Desert CA or remotely. The following skills are required:
* Must have 2+ years of CRM software experience. Prefer with a residential mortgage banker or broker, but not required.
* 2+ years of experience as a marketing campaign and/or CRM project leader for the execution, management, training and follow up communication with CRM and Marketing third-party vendors, internal management and mortgage loan originator needs. Prefer Surefire and Encompass experience, but not required.
* Knowledge of current residential mortgage compliance regulations and requirements - TRID, RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Dodd/Frank, and all other applicable requirements on a multi-state (emphasis on California) and federal level.
* Excellent time management, communication, training, and organizational skills with a high degree of detail orientation and accuracy are required. Must be willing and enjoy learning new technologies and services.
* Proficiency with MS 365 Office applications, specifically with Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications are required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
* Must be a service oriented, self-starter, with strong ability to work with all levels of external and internal clients and employees. Excellent follow up skills required.
* Must be able to work Pacific Time hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
