Permanent Full Time
> 37.5hrs a week, starting ASAP
> Some weekends or late shifts may be necessary however this will depend on productivity
> £20,000 to £23,000 per annum (Subject to experience) with further income potential for overtime worked if necessary. (With benefits for hitting production targets & annual salary increase potential)
> Ideally based locally to Barry (Cardiff), or willing to travel daily - this is not a remote position and you would need to be in the production facility daily
ABOUT
Patisserie Beauty (currently Miss Patisserie) is a national and international self-care bath & body brand. We are currently expanding the motivated and positive manufacturing team who produce our beautiful products which include bath bombs, shower steamers, body oils and more.
We require a high standard of staff in order to meet required timeframes, quality standards and weekly targets. Ultimately we are aiming to strengthen our brand identity & vision with a great team that will grow as the business grows.
JOB DESCRIPTION
> Able to work as part of a team as well as alone, with the goal of manufacturing our products to ensure quantity levels, schedules/timelines and quality standards are met.
> Assisting with unpacking and organising the storage of deliveries.
> Manufacturing cosmetics inclusive of oils, powders and creams.
> Cleaning down of equipment at the end of the day to ensure everything is in order for the next shift.
> Operation of machinery required to manufacture these products. On-site training will be made available.
> Good organisational skills.
> Good problem solving skills and the ability to think logically.
> Understanding of manufacturing processes.
> Understanding of Health & Safety practices
> Geat interpersonal & communication skills
> Be available and willing to attend training and development programs as part of your employment.

DESIRABLE:
(Not essential) 1 - 2+ years experience within a manufacturing facility - preferably within the cosmetic or wellness/health industry
