We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to join a British multinational financial services and asset management company. Its products and services include investment management, lifetime mortgages, pensions, annuities, and life assurance.

The successful candidate will lead the requirements elicitation process on projects, including activities and deliverables for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning and executing business analysis activities.

You will:

• Lead requirements analysis with responsibility of defining and delivering the key analysis approach, outcomes and deliverables.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the divisions to define strategies, requirements specifications, conduct feasibility studies, producing high level and detailed business models and implementing of solutions
• Conduct requirements validation with stakeholders across the group, gain appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation.
• Ensure that there is clear requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Critically review and evaluate any proposed solutions identifying alignment with business strategies making recommendations to key stakeholders ensuring they are fully aware of key risks and assumptions.
• Continually evaluate the quality of all deliverables, including those of 3rd parties, to ensure the end product is fit for purpose and are acceptable to all stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Technical knowledge, SQL, DB2 mainframe or Java Code
• Jira / Confluence
• Adept at writing user stories
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – the successful candidate will engage and work with senior stakeholders and technology teams to advise on legacy codes and documentation information.
