Would you like to join our Supply Chain team working on some exciting projects during 2023?

As our Supply Chain Administrator you will provide support to the Supply Chain Team as well as working on specific, key projects. The key tasks and responsibilities include:-

  • Master data input and management using various eportals
  • Manual setting up of NPD with accurate data input and cross-checking
  • Brexit paperwork – each shipment needs various certificates
  • Administration of the requirements for transportation and pallet management
  • Working closely with our third parties to ensure pre-notification of the delivery of stock, shelf life, quantity and flagging any out of stocks
  • Raising of PO's and general PO management
  • Setting up of various trackers to quantify and analyse our savings
  • Running reports to the Supply Chain Manager

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is very well organised; has a flair for accurate data management and excellent attention to detail. You'll probably have had some office or commercial experience, maybe in a logistics team. Advanced excel is a must

We're looking for someone to join us on an initial 4 month fixed term contract, with an option to extend.

You would need to be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week which can be spread over the week taken as a mixture of full and part-days.
