Job description
- Accountable for delivery of outstanding customer care to all Miles Pharmacy customers
- You will be expected to achieve all deliveries within the allocated time. Always presents to the patients home and GP’s surgeries in a smart and professional manner
- Delivering and collecting medicines and prescriptions from patients at home and GP surgeries within a set geography of the Epsom borough
- Is proactive around managing routes when on the road and follows the escalation processes where there are delays
- Builds great relationships with the pharmacy team, care homes nursing staff and GP surgery receptionist and through this ensures a safe and accurate hand-over of medicines and safe return of prescriptions to the duty pharmacist
- Maintains a close relationship with the Duty pharmacist and dispensary staff, feeding-back relevant customer comments and concerns after each delivery shift.
- Adheres to company Standard Operation Procedures and Health & Safety
- Ensures all required paperwork is maintained and up to date.
- At all times drive with care, safely, professionally and legally and ensure an appropriate level of care.
- Acts as an Ambassador for Miles pharmacy at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
