We are seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Operative to join our team, in our new purpose build production plant. The Manufacturing Operative will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Production: Produce products following established procedures and quality standards.
· Machine Operation: Safely operate manufacturing machinery and equipment.
· Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
· Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
· Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.
· Documentation: Record production data and report any issues or maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
· Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
· Forklift driving experience/qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
· Commitment to safety and teamwork.
· Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42-£14.00 per hour
