Post: Level 2 Teaching Assistant working initially within Key Stage 1 This post is to work as part of our happy, dedicated and hard-working Teaching Assistant team. You will be working alongside other TAs and teachers with pupils with varying levels of need.
We are looking to appoint a creative, experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who:
- has a good understanding of how to support pupils’ learning through effective questioning and interactions
- Is able to liaise effectively with teachers and other staff about the progress of pupils they are supporting
- has good positive behaviour management skills to maintain our high standards of behaviour for learning
- is well organised and a proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school and will put Redwood pupils’ happiness and well-being at the heart of every action and decision
- has relevant experience of working with children with SEND
