We are currently recruiting experienced SIA Licensed Door Supervisors, for roles at a number of nightclubs / bars including high profile venues in the Brixton area.
The opportunity:
· Venues in and around the Brixton area
· Leading large teams of experienced door supervisors within popular London Music Venues/Nightclubs
Duties & Requirements
MUST be comfortable working in licensed premises, responsibilities will include:
- Leading and recruiting teams of supervisors/guards
- Screening and searching individuals
- Supervising customer arrivals
- Ensuring customers are able to enjoy a night out in a safe and secure environment
- Carrying out ID checks
- Crowd control
- Controlling entry and exit route
- Ensuring that incidents are recorded & reported accurately
- Identify training needs within the team
Applicants Must:
- Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License
- Be able to provide a 5-year work/school history
- Have 5 years previous Head Door Supervisor experience (essential)
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
- Have proven experience within the security industry
