Its Asset Management platform is used by a range of clients, both private and institutional, to drive increased returns through corporate relationships with banks and other financial services institutions.

Job description – KYC Associate
In this onboarding and compliance role in London, your role will be varied, and you will have a chance to try your hand at many different parts of the business.
Some of the main focuses will be client onboarding, working with AML and KYC vendors, and working with client data. But, as a growing business, they are able to build the role around your strengths and interests.

Key responsibilities - KYC Associate
In this Operations opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:

• Onboard new clients
• Run due diligence processes on new and existing clients
• Update the CRM system with client data
• Work with multiple parts of the business including the Sales, Client Services, and Payments teams
• Operate the Insignis digital onboarding platform
• Work with external KYC and AML vendors
• Contribute your ideas on improving all aspects of the process and business

Job requirements - KYC Associate
In this Onboarding role, we're looking for a candidate with:

• A 2:1 from university (Finance, Economics, Banking & related degrees are a plus!)
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
• An analytical mindset
• An interest in finance and technology
• Well-presented, confident, and enthusiastic
