What you will be doing...
Our Data Analyst will Take Responsibility for working with the Legal Services Team to provide the required visibility and insightful management information in a timely manner. In addition, our Data Analyst is also responsible for reviewing processes & making recommendations for improvement.
What will you do in the role?
As our Data Analyst will be responsible for the production of all management information along with commentary for all levels of management including CEO (daily, weekly & monthly). You will also: -
- Confidently contribute to and lead where required regular MI review meetings with management, planning & real time analysts to improve and develop MI data and reporting
- Track and analyse all Legal Services Administrators and Executives performance - daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, along with commentary for all levels of management including CEO
- Produce ad-hoc reports on a daily basis in order to support the Legal Services Team
- Through analysis of historical data and trend analysis provide data driven business insight to support decision making
- Be able to work with incomplete data sets but still provide meaningful analysis, insights and recommendations
- Identify KPI’s and metrics relevant to the Legal Services Team and produce detailed and insightful analysis with recommendations and justification
- Be responsible for implementation and execution of relevant quality & audit controls
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
Our Data Analyst will have the ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritise responsibilities. You will have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others as appropriate.
Required:
- An advanced level of excel knowledge
- Strong mathematical, analytical, communication and organisational skills- proven ability in role dealing with large amounts of data and producing meaningful MI
- Proven track record in data analytics and insight, providing recommendations for changes and business benefits of the proposed solutions to key decision makers
- Previous experience with WFM, ACD & AWS reporting (Including Lamda & S3)
- SQL Experience
- Experience of Tableau Reader desired but not essential
- Relevant MI Qualification
