Job description
Location: LS19 7AW, Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37 per week – Monday to Friday - Must be willing to work a variety of shifts to service a 24/7 operation (DAYS/AM/PM/NIGHTS)
Salary: £601.62 per week post full training (shift premiums also applicable dependent on shift pattern worked)
Your initial starting pay for this position will be £12.39 per hour. As this is deemed to be a training rate, your hourly rate will increase over your probationary period in 4 weekly increments as follows:
· 1st increment £13.05 per hour
· 2nd increment £14.08 per hour
· 3rd increment £15.12 per hour
· Full rate £16.26 per hour

About The Roles:
WE CURRENTLY HAVE ROLES AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: PRE FINISH, POLISH AND THE WAX ROOM
Pre-Finish
This area is our half way house between the casting process and the finishing side of the factory. In this area you will be supporting a variety of key work tasks such as snagging, knock off, cut off and blasting. In this area you will use various hand tools and machinery.
Polishing
In the polishing area you will be using polishing machinery to complete finishing operations to the parts and ensure they comply to customer specifications and tolerances. This area also carries out soldier inspection.
Wax Room
This role would be to run the press machines within our wax room area.
Please note this job is on shifts - mornings, afternoons and nights.
Shifts are worked on a rotational pattern.
All these positions require flexibility and commitment to support shift working which covers a 24/7 manufacturing facility (Monday to Friday)
